OLIVE TREE PRUNING WORKSHOP
Friday, March 2nd, 9:30am–3:30pm

Back by popular demand and expanded to allow plenty of time in the field, join olive farming expert Samantha Dorsey for a full-day workshop which will outline the special considerations for pruning productive, fruit-bearing olive trees and help you finesse your techniques.

If you have olive trees or are considering planting them, this is a must-attend workshop conducted by one of the industry’s top experts. An indoor lecture and discussion covering timing, use of tools, maximizing fruit production and other critical techniques will be followed by lunch prepared by Ranch Chef Mark Rohrmeier in the McEvoy Pagoda. The workshop will continue in one of our orchards for further instruction and practice of techniques. After the workshop, join us in our Ranch Shop and Tasting Room for a 3 wine tasting flight with olive oil and local nibbles.

cost: $175.00
